Als Service Designer en onderzoeker begrijp ik hoe essentieel een holistisch perspectief is bij het aanpakken van complexe vraagstukken. Mijn achtergrond in exploratief en kwalitatief onderzoek stelt me in staat om consequent op zoek te gaan naar de inzichten die echt het verschil maken.
